I’m not entirely sure I was that good, but I’m taking it and running!

I have a lot planned for this site for 2009, including weekly recipe postings.  January will be Dutch Oven Month as I experiment with new recipes as well as seeing how some tried and true family favorites work when I convert them.  I’m beginning to think that between the dutch oven and the cast iron skillet, I might not need any other pans.  Ok, ok, my big stock pot.  That one stays, too!
