		<description>We must be on the same wavelength because I made the exact same mahi mahi on the grill Monday night and it was delicious. I&#039;m a recent convert to fish so I always scared when I make it at home and very pleasantly surprised when it turns out well. I finally bought some quinoa at the store today and I can&#039;t wait to try it. I&#039;ve heard so many good things about this grain.</description>
